Ottimi prodotti e spedizioni velocissime, ma servizio cambio/reso pessimo che richiede di spedire indietro con un corriere a tua scelta e soprattutto a tuo carico. Considerato poi che anche il rimborso lo fanno solo sulla cifra del prodotto e non sulle spese di spedizione pagate nell'ordine, ci ho perso bei soldi inutilmente. Nel 2021 un servizio del genere da un brand rinomato è assolutamente inaccettabile. Piuttosto non vendete online.

If you're buying from the UK be aware that Sparco do not do exchanges and if you want to return an item, you have to pay the postage. It is costing me over £17 to send a pair of boots back to Sparco as they're the wrong size! I'll not be ordering anything from them again. Also, the customer service team take ages to respond to emails. I waited 10 days for a response. It's a shame because they make great kit. I have a race suit, gloves, boots, helmet, etc by Sparco and I love the quality and design. However, all that kit was bought through Demon Tweeks. So if you're in the UK and you're going to buy Sparco kit, make sure you buy it from a UK distributor and not direct from Sparco, unless you're 100% sure you won't need to return anything. Otherwise it'll cost you dearly!

Responded quickly and gave partial advice to all my questions. The size charts are not accurate. My sizing concern fell upon deaf ears unfortunately and wasn't answered. The 2xl is 44 -46" chest. 3xl is more like 48-50" chest..

Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni della linea teamwork e ho avuto conferma di un abbigliamento ben fatto, curato nelle cuciture, nel materiale e anche nel design. Suggerisco di ampliare questa linea per chi ha bisogno di vestiario di lavoro.
