The website UI was really organized and I could find what I wanted quick also the shipment was fast and easily comprehensive, however there was a bug that if I logged in the website and saved my credentials I couldn't access the website (Error 405 I think) the next time so I had to go in incognito mode and log in after I access the website

L’accesso al sito almeno da ambiente Apple è difficilissimo, è possibile dopo molti tentativi. Spessissimo non è possibile accedere all’account e quindi non si fanno acquisti…

Your website clearly shows you ship internationally with DHL. Instead of sending my package with DHL you sent it with FedEx who have delayed the package for over a week. FedEx are the most corrupt company in Thailand, they delay packages on purpose so that the can extract the ransom payment of “storage fees” on each and every single package. Years ago a package from FedEx was overtaxed so badly that Sparco had to step in and in the end Sparco paid 1/2 of the taxes for me, otherwise the package was not ever going to clear customs. Why, after being ripped off by FedEx Thailand would Sparco ever consider using FedEx again?? You simply reward them for their corruption and when you paid the unfair tax bill it signalled to them that they can continue to overtax and overcharge your customers. I will not be shopping with Sparco again. If the helmets were sent with DHL I would have had them for the overseas trip they were planned for. Instead the helmets are in Thailand (not yet delivered), and i am in Japan with no helmets for my kids. Now I have to rent helmets for them.

Dear Sir, all the express couriers used by Sparco are clearly mentioned at our policy at web official site: https://www.sparco-official.com/en/shipments- You could have seen it when you ordered and notified our customer care team, specifically requesting the one you wanted. We didn't receive any communication from your email address, otherwise we could have helped you sooner. We weren't informed.
