Siège de bureau commandé, service client qui accélère la livraison mais arrive sans carton et siège déchiré ! de plus pour l'avoir essayé, très peut confortable. Retour difficile après avoir envoyé plusieurs photos

Désolés de lire ceci alors que comme vous le savez bien, les cartons manquants et l' envoi sont dus uniquement au transporteur. Sparco a plutôt géré le retour et a également sans aucun problème crédité l'achat pour vous accommoder même si la responsabilité n'incombait pas à Sparco . Vous avez reçu le remboursement.

I bought two items (for 100 € each!!!) in the same size. one of them fits, the other is much to small. i sent two e-mails to customer servcie - absolutely now answer. Service is very bad.

Suite à une erreur de taille (je porte du 42 habituellement mais la paire reçue en 42 était beaucoup trop grande), le retour a été à mes frais et ma nouvelle commande pour la même paire mais en 41 m'a couté plus cher car hors black friday. Pour un problème qui n'était pas de mon fait à la base, je trouve cela moyen

Cher client, les frais à charge du client en cas de retour sont indiqués à l'avance dans la politique des retours au moment de la commande. C'est annoncé et non une suprise du dèrnière moment.

Muy mal, por culpa de la empresa de paquete Fedex me devolvieron el pedido y perdí la compra realizada hace 10 días. No volveré a comprar, espero que la gente sepa que tipo de empresa es que contrata a gente impresentable para sus envíos.

Leider war die Jacke nicht so wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe ( Arme zu weit am Handgelenk ). Die Jacke habe ich vor einer Woche zurück gesendet mit Retourenschein aber noch keine info bekommen daß das Geld zurück überwiesen wird.
