very good service, once order confirmed. Guess due to the current situation. Once order was confirmed communication was very good, but had to wait 10 days after placing order and monies taken to receive any update. Understandably because of the current times, and I guess made the wait for it feel even longer.

I found the website to be nicely lade out and easy to navigate but I would have liked to of seen more detailed photographs or photos from various angle of the products for sale. The OMEGA KB-6 boats I bought are very nicely designed and well made and I think both these elements could be better illustrated on the sales page. For example, close ups of construction details and a close up of them being worn in a natural standing pose? Lastly I found the billing page very complex compared to most other online sales platforms, lot of options. I understand that this may be due to the language translation.

La mia esperienza di acquisto è stata molto positiva e sono soddisfatto del prodotto. Alla consegna è emerso un piccolo difetto di produzione, ma il servizio clienti si è interessato e mi ha mandato un kit di sistemazione con istruzioni molto chiare. Complessivamente questo ha ritardato un pò i tempi rispetto ai tempi che mi sarei aspettato.

L’approccio del Customer care verso il cliente non è dei migliori in quanto le risposte sono tardive e poco esaustive poiché sono risultate generiche e non mirate alla mia problematica.
