Ho acquistato una tuta da karting, dopo neanche 1 h di utilizzo si è rotta in vari punti. Il servizio mi ha risposto che non c’è rimborso perché è usura. Non sapevo di aver acquistato una tuta da meccanico, pagata cara e servizio pessimo. Penso procederò per vie legali.

The size chart for Hypergrip gloves is totally fanciful and false, so I ordered wrong size and the gloves are really really to small, for all my gloves I wear 8 size, and Hypergrip size chart advises also 8 size for my hand width of 8cm, but in fact in reality is fits like a 6 size !!! So I ordered wrong because of the wrong size chart. I ask the "customer care" of Sparco for a replacement but .... 1) They don't do replacement only refund.. 2) I tell them all my hands measure to advise me the good size to order.... They told me to go in store to try them directly ! This the worst customer service I have encountered. So finally, to sum up, because of a wrong sizing chart I have to send the gloves in Italia at my expense, and I still never know which size to order !!! Thank you Sparco !
