Overall I'm happy with the product it is super solid and looks amazing but I do have a couple of niggles with the whole experience. It took a whole week to dispatch then another week to arrive so had to wait exactly two weeks for the cockpit, Unfortunately one of the nut thread that is attached to the bottom of the seat hasn't been threaded properly so I now only have three secure bolt's and one stuck bolt that isn't properly tight due to it being cross threaded.

Normally I would not buy something at this value so far from home, but I believe Sparco to be a respectable brand. There were no complications, order placed and arrived within 7 days, even during a lockdown situation.

Bella la scarpa, ma ho dovuto fare il reso per la taglia sbagliata ed il processo di reso è stato veramente mal gestito. ho dovuto scrivere più volte e inizialmente mi avevano inviato le etichette da applicare al pacco sbagliate, per fortuna me ne sono accorto e ho riscritto chiedendo conferma e me le hanno sostituite. da migliore in toto il servizio cliente!

Well made product. Poor after sales service. When ordering make sure everything is done correctly altering the order post payment is virtually impossible. Find a local stockist.

Sehr schönes Design. Sportlich. Sehr gute Qualität. Fällt etwas groß aus, man sollte die normale Größe die man hat bestellen! Aber ich brauche eine Nummer größer weil ich meine eigene Einlagen in den Schuh einlegen muss. Lieferungzeit war okay. Ich bestelle meine nächsten Sicherheitsschuhe wieder direkt bei Ihnen!

La silla Grip estába bien embalada para el transporte, las explicaciones eran claras y los tornillos de ensamblaje son robustos y facil de fijar con la llave que traia. Se hecha en falta mas fotos en la pagina web de la silla y mas descripciones como el peso maximo que es muy importante a la hora de la compra. Segun la opinion de mi hijo que es el que la utiliza la silla Grip para que sea comoda hay que utilizar los accesorios que compramos aparte, que son el cojín ergonómico para el reposacabezas y reposariñones laterales, con esos accesorios la silla es muy comoda. A la hora de hacer el pedido no habia disponible en stock las cubierta del reposabrazos por lo que si nos decidimos a comprarlos tendremos que pagar otra vez los gastos de envio y no nos parece correcto ya que los hubieramos cojido al hacer el pedido de la silla. Por lo demas se ve una silla bonita, funcional y con buenos acabados y con los accesorios una silla muy comoda. No le pongo 5 estrellas por los comentarios que hago arriba.

Absolutely horrible, the seat was delivered damaged (it looks like it has been previously used) and it took ages and countless emails to get the return label. After eventually receiving the return label and sending back, I never heard back from them despite around 10 emails. The parcel was clearly delivered and 20 days later still no reply or refund. Thanks god I pay via Paypal, Sparco tried to claim they didn;t receive the aprcel when they clearly did, Paypal closed the case in my favor. I really though I was about to lose 400 euros, this was the worst online experience I have ever experienced, terrible quality control and customer service and completely dishonest. I can't believe it from such a well know brand as Sparco it's really shameful!!

Simple ordering process, considering the covid-19 situation delivery was very quick, it took a lot of time in clearance but that is not under control of either sparco or dhl, so it was all good. Products are in perfect condition, sizes are correct, everything was alright! 5/5
