Tempo di consegna molto veloce. Imballo più che soddisfacente. Comunicazioni via email sufficienti. Procedura di reso per cambio taglia semplice via customer care e senza dover riordinare il prodotto. Unica nota un pò così è che dopo un mese non mi avevano ancora inviato il prodotto in sostituzione. Comunque dopo sollecito via email il prodotto è arrivato in due giorni. Soddisfatto.

First time buying an item from Sparco, I bought a pair of safety boots. The size chart on the website was wrong due to their error and as a result I was sent the wrong size of boots, I emailed notifying them of this with a screenshot and explaining I had been sent the wrong size and the chart was wrong. They admitted fault immediately and said they would have to arrange collection of the item before they could send me the correct size, I gave numerous dates to collect but they could not meet any of them. I asked for them to arrange a collection date that was conveinient for them to zero response, just a link via email a few days later which was extremely confusing and was asking me to fill in lots of information and did not specify when a collection would be, I also received no email or confirmation prior to submitting the form. Nobody ever came to collect the item and I have since been ignored completely , not offered any resolution and now have the wrong size pair of boots which I have been forced to use for work as I bought them for this purpose, and sparco have not offered to send me the correct size or even collect the item even though they was at fault due to an error on their site. Due to receiving the wrong product and poor customer service even though I was not at fault.

Très bon produit, mais dommage que le site soit ouvert à la vente à distance alors qu'ils sont en réalité fermé pour vacances !!!! Sur le site j'ai commandé le 9 août et il était indiqué que la livraison se ferai en 3 jours ! N'ayant aucune nouvelle, même pas un mail pour dire qu'ils ont un problème... rien ! Au bout de quelques jours j'ai même cru à une arnaque et j'ai téléphoné à ma banque afin de bloquer le paiement, mais bien sûr celui-ci étant déjà prélevé, je n'avais rien à faire.... L'argent ne dors jamais comme on dit !!! Alors je décide d'envoyer un courriel le 21/08 et reçoit une réponse le 26 en me disant qu'il était en vacances et que cette information était noté sur "La page des chartes" ???? Non mais on croient rêvé !!! Un site internet ne peux pas revendiquer de vendre des produits, alors que l'entreprise réel est fermé !!!!!!!!! CE N'EST PAS CONCEVABLE !!! Et bien entendu, aucun courriel d'excuses pour ce temps infini de commande, la prochaine fois j'irais commander dans les Alpes Étoilés....

Das Hauptproblem ist, das alles auf Italienische Sprache, bei Rückfragen, oder Probleme gelöst werden muss. Nur bei der Bestellung und Auswahl des Artikels, ist alles auf deutscher Sprache zu lesen. Um eine bessere Berwrtung zu bekommen, sollte man als Kunde die Möglichkeit haben, den gesamten Geschäftsablauf und die Komunikation auf Deutsche Sprache zu lesen ist. Bei Umtausch oder Rückfragen, ist das ein Problem, wenn man keine Italienische Sprache versteht. Kundendienst auf Deutsch, wäre natürlich auch Wünschenswert.

L'ajout d'autocollants à la livraison serait un plus surtout le problème pour moi est au moyens de paiement cela est très facile sauf le numéro d'imposition obligatoire et amélioré le guide des taille mettre des photos comparer à un objet merci

Nel pacco ordinato mancavano dei pezzi e ho dovuto richiedere un secondo ordine. Queste cose, su prodotti del valore di oltre 300€ su cui più marchi hanno messo la faccia non dovrebbe capitare. Soprattutto da Sparco, da sempre leader di mercato in quanto a qualità e affidabilità.

La qualità dei materiali e dell'imballo è ottima, ma non posso dire altrettanto della fruibilità. Il prodotto Evolve-R ha un evidente errore grossolano di progettazione. Le piastre di ancoraggio del sedile non sono adatte al sedile R100 incluso nel pacchetto ed ho dovuto smontare completamente i binari di regolazione per poterlo installare. Se non si ha un officina meccanica è un lavoro che richiede ore.
