Spedizione veloce e imballaggio ben fatto. L'unico difetto la mancanza della mail di partenza del pacco, che non mi è mai arrivata (mentre quella di conferma dell'ordine sì)

Ho comprato questi guanti da gaming e devo dire che sono davvero comodi, leggeri e traspiranti. Li uso con un volante e hanno quel giusto rapporto di protezione e sensibilità per poter poi andare a premere i vari pulsanti e levette, cosa che non ho riscontrato con altri tipi di guanti più pesanti. L'unico neo forse, almeno per me, è l'indice che si può sfoderare per poter usare lo smartphone, mi rimane sempre scoperto da un lato non riesco a chiuderlo piu bene.La consegna è stata rapidissima considerando anche il periodo particolare che attraversiamo. Che altro aggiungere sono molto soddisfatto, sicuramente farò altri acquisti sparco

Tempo di consegna molto veloce. Imballo più che soddisfacente. Comunicazioni via email sufficienti. Procedura di reso per cambio taglia semplice via customer care e senza dover riordinare il prodotto. Unica nota un pò così è che dopo un mese non mi avevano ancora inviato il prodotto in sostituzione. Comunque dopo sollecito via email il prodotto è arrivato in due giorni. Soddisfatto.

First time buying an item from Sparco, I bought a pair of safety boots. The size chart on the website was wrong due to their error and as a result I was sent the wrong size of boots, I emailed notifying them of this with a screenshot and explaining I had been sent the wrong size and the chart was wrong. They admitted fault immediately and said they would have to arrange collection of the item before they could send me the correct size, I gave numerous dates to collect but they could not meet any of them. I asked for them to arrange a collection date that was conveinient for them to zero response, just a link via email a few days later which was extremely confusing and was asking me to fill in lots of information and did not specify when a collection would be, I also received no email or confirmation prior to submitting the form. Nobody ever came to collect the item and I have since been ignored completely , not offered any resolution and now have the wrong size pair of boots which I have been forced to use for work as I bought them for this purpose, and sparco have not offered to send me the correct size or even collect the item even though they was at fault due to an error on their site. Due to receiving the wrong product and poor customer service even though I was not at fault.
