Scarpe comode e di buona manifattura ed estetica. Arrivate prima del previsto. Ne ho già 3 paia e continuerò a comprarle finché la qualità sarà quella attuale.

Avevo ordinato un articolo di vestiario, sbagliando la taglia. Intrapresa la procedura di reso, funzionò senza intoppi e ricevetti il rimborso in pochi giorni, dopodiché avevo riordinato l'articolo nella taglia corretta. Ho messo 4 stelle su 5 sul reso perché rispetto ad altri rivenditori la procedura è più elaborata con costi di spedizione più elevato.

Servizio clienti molto efficiente nel mio caso in cui ho dovuto rendere le scarpe perchè troppo piccole di taglia.

Leider bin ich mit meinem Einkauf bei Sparco sehr unzufrieden. Für die Lieferung und die Rücksendung musste ich insgesamt etwa 40 € Versandkosten bezahlen. Die Rücksendekosten sind für Kunden viel zu hoch und machen eine einfache Rückgabe unnötig teuer. Das Produkt entsprach zudem nicht vollständig meinen Erwartungen. Aus diesem Grund kann ich den Kauf leider nicht empfehlen.
