Excellent service and good price! The "old" model year could not be delivered any longer, so they promptly offered the current model year snowboard at the same price! Amazing!... Wil surely buy again :-)

Ich war nicht sicher ob die Mails angekommen waren, habe mermals Rückfragen gesendet. Telephonat für Zahlung hat sehr gut geklappt, wusste jedoch nicht ob Zahlung i.O. Die Ware war für die Lieferung sehr gut verpackt. Schade war die Bindung nicht eingestellt, war für mich jedoch kein Problem. Ihr Angebot war sehr Gut, vielen Dank, ich werde bei weiterem Bedarf auf Sie zurückkommen. Alfred Minder

Delivered like expected. Shipping was announced by mail and tracking code submitted to track the parcel. Also I found Sportmania to be the cheapest provider of Nidecker boards online.

I wanted to offer a SUP Board as a birthday present and called Sportmania to have some advices. They were very helpful. When I ordered the SUP Board, the staff member called me back again to inform me that I was going to received the board the day after. I thought that wae very professional and friendly. I was quiet impress with the customer service.

Il sito è strutturato in modo abbastanza chiaro malgrado qualche difficoltà di comprensione della lingua. La merce acquistata corrisponde perfettamente all'ordine effettuato. L'unico problema si è verificato per la consegna in quanto è stato invertito l'indirizzo di recapito con quello di fatturazione: la merce è rimasta per più giorni presso il magazzino della societá di recapito finchè non siamo andati di persona a ritirarla.
