Hello, unfortunately i was not that content with my ordered products. The flacons were not packaged properly, so they could touch each other during the shipment. Therefore got almost all of them small scratches, three of them got a broken off corner. Regarding the cost of the product and the cost of the delivery that's really not acceptable.

Very bad My order came into the UK and I had to pay £55 extra charge which I was unaware of and it wasn't mentioned before

Good products, but: Very high shipping prices compared to other companies. Also if you want to buy extra products post purchase (read extra pump caps) you have to order larger quantities.

Product is good, easy to select and tracking was good. However my samples were packed poorly with two bottles in one bubble wrap meaning one of them. was broken on arrival.

The cost of packaging transport is terribly high, especially considering the distance between Italy and Croatia, and the size of the order (the order itself is around €115, while the transport cost is €105). The waiting time for the goods is extremely long; I believe that waiting almost a month after placing an order is far too long. The products are expensive, but I find the packaging a bit more interesting and the quality good, so I accept these very unfavorable circumstances. Unfortunately, I am a small cosmetics producer, so I don’t have many choices, especially since I prefer glass packaging. The bright spot is the customer service and their Federica Ronchi, who responds promptly and is very helpful. I give three stars for the long wait for shipments, the transport and product costs, and the website, but not for the product quality and customer service.

Acquistiamo regolarmente e con soddisfazione, solo 4 stelle perchè ogni tanto manca qualche pezzo ma sui 400 per volta che acquistiamo ci può anche stare. Quando i mancanti erano molti l'abbiamo segnalato e ci è stata inviata gratuitamente un'integrazione.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they process and ship their orders. The shipping price was reasonable and fast to the United States. Unfortunately they didn't use enough tape to close the box lid, so it was barely holding shut when it arrived. My only wish is that they had more photos of the products from different angles. For instance the caps look nice on the website but they are not the best quality when they arrived. A quality series of photos would have revealed their poor quality. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. I will definitely be ordering again.
