I order heavy glass bottles, and instead only recieve the lids. It was already an emergency with the bottles, and I wrote asking for them to be sent early. Instead of helping me in bad situation, Stocksmetic sent me bottle lids without the bottles and now I am loosing thousands a day cause I cant send out my product. I would have paid extra for help. The first time I ordered from this company, they took two months to send my bottles, and were very rude when I asked what happened with my order. I do not understand why you treat your customers like this. Had my shipment gone well with the bottles, I was going to buy a large order of heavy glass. But now I have no idea what you will do to harm me, so I guess instead of supporting this company I have to buy from china, which I dont like, but at least they will send you your packaging.

Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio. La stampa con serigrafia, per chi non è esperto di formati digitali come me, potrebbe sembrare un pò complicata. Ma nel contesto il servizio e il prodotto sono eccellenti.

Our most recent purchase was fulfilled and delivered within two weeks which is excellent turnaround. As a small business it is important to us to receive our goods quickly and as it is glass, well packaged for shipping

I have ordered from Stocksmetics a total of 4 times and I have no plans to stop. Every purchase has arrived as described and if I did have a discrepancy, the team was able to figure things out swiftly and efficiently. I am in the USA and Stocksmetics is quality and I don't plan on using any other brand. I only wish they continued selling the oils.

Half of the bottles I received are scratched from not being secured and shaking around during transit. Some necks are broken, most are rubbed and marred in ways that make them unsalable.
