I didn't receive what I ordered. This is my first time purchasing from Stocksmetric. Good thing it was samples, and not thousands of dollars worth of packaging. 100% disappointed. I work for large USA supplement and Cosmetic companies. I source packaging and ingredients from around the world. I have a vast network of people. At this point, this company will be red flagged. I will not be treated as if I I'm lying about the shipment. And have back and forth emails regarding the packaging that wasn't delivered, with no resolution. After reading reviews, there are multiple people that this happen too.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Prodotti ben confezionato è arrivato per tempo. Servizio clienti sempre Gentile e attento. La possibilità di far degli ordini piccoli (72 pz oppure 100 pz per referenza senza dover acquistare migliaia di pezzi) è davvero apprezzabile!

AWAY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME deliver a large order to the wrong address and do not take responsibility, waste of time and money, they do not wish to ship to the address indicated on my original order nor making a refund is theft. The only thing they know how to do is respond that it is the carrier who is responsible.

Perfect delivery, fast but as always we have a few broken bottles inside the pack even in bubble that are too small. TNT or fedex are not well known for the care they put into caring stuff.

Order not delivered to the correct address, we asked them to change the telephone number, they did not do so. Also no commercial gesture, if you don't want to waste time and money, run away!

1. The problem is you do not deliver goods to Ukraine, while other companies already do this and we regularly receive shipments, samples, etc. This would be great if you took care of the delivery (DHL, TMM and other couriers are already working). 2. When I try to arrange delivery myself, I must fill out a special delivery form with the courier company and provide an invoice. But, I cannot print an invoice from my personal account on your website myself. Therefore, I am forced to write to your support service and ask for invoice. And today the support service refused to send me an invoice (for already paid goods!) by email, citing the fact that they will only generate an invoice when the courier arrives to pick up the goods... he will never arrive because I cannot fill out the form and arrange delivery without an invoice... it's a vicious circle. Moreover it's more strange, cause previously the support service already sent us an invoice without problems... but today they have new rules.
