Delivery time: extremely long. I have ordered the samples in August, but they did not arrive until the end of September. I decided to cancel that order and place a new one, with the quantities I really needed, without seeing how the goods look like. With a series of my insistences, the packaging was finally ready for delivery after more than a month. Product quality: very good, but be careful- the plastic parts are not all the same white. Some parts are yellowish, so there is unevenness. Price: noticeably high, regardless of the small quantities of ordered products. Positive: Federica! She is a person who is always kind, accommodating, and helps as much as she can. Without her, this whole ordering system would fail. You have no one to help you but her. And I believe that everyone bothers her, but she is always ready to help. So, she saves everything bad in Stocksmetic, and there are a lot of them. I am immensely grateful to her for everything! Product documentation: they don't have it yet. You can only get blueprints, which are not enough for you to certify your cosmetic product. Transport: I organized my transporter to avoid risks and further unnecessary delay. Packaging: good. Product warning: Magnet Follie Compact powder does not have a metal cartridge in which the powder is pressed, so the packaging is practically unusable. Cashback: fast. My final rating is three stars, but only because of Federica and the good quality of the cosmetic packaging.

Aihme ‘ sono ben due volte che ricevo metà della merce ordinata. E devo sempre aspettare che evadano il resto dell’ordine. Inoltre i contenitori in metallo acciaccati in quanto non imballati come di dovere per mantenere integro il materiale

Ottimo servizio, facile acquistare online, spedizioni veloci. Unica pecca: i trigger piccoli sono molto leggeri, si rischia di romperli facilmente.

Buona esperienza in quanto a boccette in vetro, sia come qualità che come spedizione e ricezione. Ora sto aspettando il pakaging stampato in quadricromia, quindi vedrò come arriverà e quando. Anche il servizio clienti è stato celere e gentile. Buona esperienza sino ad ora.

My order is shipped to my billing address, instead of the shipping address. Lucky it is small order and I was able to carry the order from one place to another. If this is a big order, then it will cost a lot of money to re-ship the package to the correct location.

Buonasera, siamo vs clienti da anni e abbiamo notato che, già da un pò, i tempi di evasione degli ordini si sono allungati e spesso diventa difficile avere risposte precise sulle consegne previste. Trattandosi di un sito che prevede acquisti con pagamenti anticipati e in pronta consegna, ci si aspetterebbe un pò più di tempestività. Grazie mille.

Ottimi prodotti e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Poter ordinare anche piccoli quantitativi è davvero un'ottima opportunità.
