I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback because I understand that issues can arise, but the past two weeks have been extremely frustrating. Out of my last five orders, four were shipped without commercial invoices, and each was sent on different days. Despite notifying the company of the issue after the first incident, it continued to happen. I was told that the required documents had been provided, yet FedEx confirmed that none were submitted. As a result, one shipment was delayed in customs for over a week before I was finally able to get it released, while another remains held. These orders were placed on September 23 and 24 one didn’t arrive until October 10, and the other is still pending. The repeated oversight and lack of coordination have caused significant delays and inconvenience. I’ve spoken with multiple representatives, but unfortunately, no one has been able to fully resolve the issue. Great products but the customer service and logistics is lacking.

After our rebranding, we decided to work with Stocksmetic. If I had known how difficult the process would be and how extremely high the shipping costs were, I would have chosen another supplier for bottles and jars. Their shipping rates are unbelievably high. When we handle shipping ourselves, it costs only a quarter of their price. However, when you try to arrange your own shipment, they strongly discourage it, and it ends up creating a lot of extra time and paperwork. We also asked them to repackage the jars into a larger box to make pickup easier for UPS, but unfortunately, they refused to cooperate. As a result, a shipment that would normally cost us around €30 ended up costing €180. I have expressed my dissatisfaction multiple times, but unfortunately, they have not been willing to think along or offer solutions. We are now looking into other options, and I would recommend other businesses to do the same.

As we order in small quantity and it packed in a large box's size. The glass bottle had broken for 2 pcs , no one injure.
