Everything was fine until my order arrived. I had 94 of 500 bottles broken. In my opinion the packaging what poorly done and cause the bottles to shift serverly during shipping. Stockmetics response is that they will insert bottles in my next order. Well that will not work as this order was so poorly handled there may not be a next order. I advise that the only 2 methods of mitigation is to send me 94 bottles at their expense or to refund me the cost shipping cost of 94 bottles. This is how it should be handled. Along with better packaging, I feel Stocksmetic should put universal languages (including English) of the word Fragile on their packages. Once the bottle reaches different countries, handlers need to know to be cautious, but they wouldn't know if they can't ready the language. I hope that stockmetic can fairly resolve this issue. As of now, I am looking elsewhere for bottle sourcing.

In addition to very nice and flawless products, this delivery includes the previous scratched lids. This is very annoying because I can't offer them to my customers.

So happy to of found this company. I found the perfect bottle, a replica of what I had previously but with a crimp top spray and best of all, is I can buy stock that fits my needs. They also address the issue of long lead times.This company has made the business of buying perfume bottles accessible for real life and for all. I would just like to see pictures of the products on the website show side view photos of the bottles. That would be very helpful to know fully what the bottles look like before buying samples.

Me sorprendió gratamente la rapidez en la entrega, muy bien. Está mal explicado lo de la factura, por un lado en un correo se dice que la vais a mandar inmediatamente, pero cuando pregunté, me dijeron que no estaría disponible hasta final de mes.
