Great experience overall. The shopping process was smooth and well-organized, with clear product selection and easy checkout. Customer support was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell there’s strong attention to detail — from the improved product quality to the efficient warehouse handling and fast delivery. Everything feels more polished and reliable. Die Produkte sind undicht, man erreicht niemanden, und es wurden uns falsche Deckel geschickt, die nicht gehalten haben… wir können diese Firma nicht empfehlen!

Not great. Concealed extra charges which arrived after products had been received. Bottles were expensive and didn’t work and not enough info ti state clearly They could not handle viscous material, straw too narrow and worse was a huge amount of priority left at the bottom. Very expensive lesson. Annoyed at being ignored when suddenly 2 weeks after arrival to find i had an extra £60 charge due for handling fees and taxes, even though it said taxes at the bottom were included when I paid at check out. I already was on the fence with ordering as shipping was so costly. Would never have bought had a known about the additions and the excess in the bottle. Never using them again, wouldn’t recommend.

Omg where do I start, first the website claims delivery within 3-5 days for bottles. Turns out the samples are considered boxes and it took two weeks to arrive. Second, customer service tries to be helpful but largely useless as nothing is resolved. Third, the prices are actually pretty high and given the slow production definitely not worth it. Never again

The product I've received was awful. Sprayer squirt liquid instead of releasing a wide fine mist. Complete waste of money having to spend 30€ in 3 small samples, especially taking into account how useless the product is due to its quality.

We would like to receive the invoice , shipping documents(packing list etc.) and delivery note, via e-mail.

The packaging was badly damaged and we were expecting broken bottles, but somehow they survived!

Product is great but the shipping and packing has been not satisfactory for international shipments. Half the bottles arrived broken.
