I ordered two pairs of glasses on March 1st. Today is March 18th and I still haven’t received them. The delivery was supposed to be in Venice via GLS. Neither you nor they have a phone number where it’s possible to reach a real person; you only send meaningless notifications. Your support provides updates that do not happen, and they only refer me back to you. Overall, purchasing through you has been a traumatic experience. I haven’t requested a refund yet, but it seems that will be difficult to obtain as well.

Our records show that the delay and failed delivery were caused exclusively by an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, which made it impossible for the courier to complete the shipment. We attempted to contact you multiple times to correct this information and provide assistance, but we did not receive any response to our messages. In the absence of a reply and to ensure your full protection, we proceeded to issue a full refund as soon as the package was returned to our warehouse.
