I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid an extra €20 for expedited shipping because I needed my glasses as quickly as possible. More than a week has passed, and my order still has not arrived. What makes this even worse is that customer support does not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages at all. If customers pay extra for faster delivery, they expect the service they were promised. Instead, I received delays and complete silence from the company. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience. Poor communication and failure to deliver on paid shipping promises are unacceptable.

not wanting to pay the full ammount for a pair of Rayban sunglasses, searched the web and came across Vistaexpert. Searche for reviews of this site, all reviews seemed to be legit, so without hesitation placed my order which saved me 60 euros compared to the prices in the Netherlands. I wasa kept up to date and within a few days my package arrived at a pick up point. The packageing was thorough, and upon opening i was presented with a beautiful pair of Rayban glasses. I am very happy with the way the ordering and transit process went, no problems whatsoever. I wil also recommend Vistaexpert, when the time comes to order again, won't hesitate to order here again. Very happy with the overal service.
