I was very skeptical about ordering these sunglasses at first because I had read a few reviews that made me worry about whether they would actually arrive or be genuine. However, I’m really happy to say my experience was completely positive. The glasses arrived on time, well-packaged, and they look and feel authentic. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for, and they seem to be original as described. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order again. If you’re unsure like I was, I’d say give it a chance!

I ordered replacement lenses and was charged $24 for shipping at checkout. However, when the package arrived via UPS, I was required to pay an additional $34.80 COD “shipper/brokerage fee” that was not clearly disclosed during purchase. This additional charge significantly increased the total cost and was not reflected on the invoice. Because of this, I refused delivery. When I contacted Vista Expert, I received a generic response pointing to policy pages rather than a resolution. U.S. buyers should be aware that ordering may result in unexpected delivery charges. I would not recommend purchasing from this company if you are in the United States.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, accepted at the time of purchase, and clearly indicated on our website in the shipping section, any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. These costs do not depend on our company in any way, nor are they retained by us. They are determined and collected directly by the customs authorities of the destination country (in your case, the United States) through the courier handling the delivery. Our intention was simply to transparently indicate where this information is provided, but we understand that in a moment of frustration it may have come across as impersonal, and we sincerely apologize for that. Belle paire de lunettes, par contre l’emballage est arrivé très abîmé pas du tout protégé. La poste a dû refaire un colis pour la livraison.
