Sehr freundlicher und professioneller Service. Die Beratung war kompetent und ehrlich, man hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen. Die Auswahl an Brillen ist sehr gut und die Atmosphäre im Geschäft angenehm. Ich habe mich hier wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wrong description on website. I pay ~500euro, and didnt get what expected create return request, 5 days pass I still didnt get lable to make return Suport answer quickly, but not really usefull

Buon prezzo , Prodotto originale , se mi è permesso un consiglio è quello di cambiare corriere per le consegne che solitamente con altre aziende e anche in questo caso arrivano sempre in ritardo . Ho letto lamentele sul corriere su altre recensioni .

Good purchase, customer service responsive, package appeared held up fora few days before it was released to Royal Mail, but was delivered within a week of ordering. Happy with the overall service and would use again.

I ordered two pairs of glasses on March 1st. Today is March 18th and I still haven’t received them. The delivery was supposed to be in Venice via GLS. Neither you nor they have a phone number where it’s possible to reach a real person; you only send meaningless notifications. Your support provides updates that do not happen, and they only refer me back to you. Overall, purchasing through you has been a traumatic experience. I haven’t requested a refund yet, but it seems that will be difficult to obtain as well.
