I ordered a pair of Ray Bans which I needed in a specific size and colour. I ordered through Vistaexpert and the communication I received throughout was excellent. There were a number of delays in getting the glasses in stock but I ordered in the middle of winter so this wasn't a problem. At each notification of delay I was offered the choice of waiting or receiving a refund which was very fair. The glasses arrived as ordered and I am very pleased with them. I am very happy to recommend Vistaexpert.

Product I puchased arrived used and damage. Return initiated immediately but receipt warehouse voided refund as product was used! Which is the exact reason I returned it. Suspicious practices. I will be following up with formal complaint and actions to recoup my money.

All good. Glasses arrived within 1 day of the estimated delivery date which is pretty good over the Xmas period. Overall pleased and would shop again.
