Lentilles de contact commandées le 13 mai Toujours rien ! UPS devait livrer mon colis le 26 mai mais finalement colis rétentionné et reprogrammé pour le 8 juin ? J’ ai payé en plus l’option de 12 euros pour avoir ma commande sous 48h! Un désastre

According to our records, your purchase was placed on May 20, and the shipment was handed over to UPS on May 22, fully in line with the expected processing times. Subsequently, the delivery date was modified directly by the recipient through the delivery management services provided by the carrier and rescheduled to June 8. I ordered a pair of glasses with paid UPS Express Saver delivery (1–2 business days), as a gift for my son, specifically because timing mattered. The system logged a "delivery attempt" that never happened. No one called, no one came. Our address is an office staffed throughout the working day — a real attempt could not have been missed. UPS then delivered the parcel to that exact same address with no problem at all, which proves the address was never wrong and we were never unavailable. In between, I was told to collect the parcel myself. My wife went to the depot with our two children and was turned away by a staff member who said she had no time to look for it. When I complained, the reply blamed me — claiming the address was "incorrect" and that I was "not available," and refusing any refund by citing clause 7.3. Both reasons are factually false, as the successful delivery to the same address demonstrates. I paid for a specific express service that was not provided, received a false delivery record, was sent on a wasted trip with my children, and was then blamed for the company's own carrier's failure. That is why every rating here is one star.
