Ich habe ein falsches Produkt erhalten. Ich habe mehrmals um Ersatzlieferung gebeten, erhalte aber immer nur die Bitte um Rücksendung des falschen Produkts als Antwort. Würde hier nicht nochmal kaufen.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Michael Kors glasses! I ordered them online and was kept well-informed about the shipping process from Italy to the Netherlands. Very slow delivery of items. Replacement items do not resemble the originals. Replacement items are of much poorer quality than the originals.
