Facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per spedire tempestivamente tutti gli ordini; tuttavia, una volta affidati al corriere, i tempi di consegna non sono più sotto il nostro diretto controllo. Desideriamo rassicurarla che monitoriamo attentamente ogni spedizione e ci impegniamo a intervenire prontamente in caso di problemi. In questo caso, fortunatamente, non è stato necessario, poiché il pacco risulta consegnato il 27. Ich habe ein falsches Produkt erhalten. Ich habe mehrmals um Ersatzlieferung gebeten, erhalte aber immer nur die Bitte um Rücksendung des falschen Produkts als Antwort. Würde hier nicht nochmal kaufen.
