I would like to share my experience honestly. I ordered an expensive pair of glasses from Vistaexpert, but unfortunately I did not receive the package. According to the courier company, the parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received anything. In my opinion, the main issue is with the delivery company, because packages should not be left in front of doors or in public areas when the recipient is not at home. This creates a high risk of loss or theft. I want to mention that Vistaexpert has been very cooperative so far. After I reported the problem, they immediately opened an investigation and have been communicating with me regarding the issue. The problem has not been solved yet, but I hope they will continue following the case seriously and carefully in order to find out what happened to the package.

Die Brille kam leider kaputt an und es wurde eine Rücksendung angeboten und ich habe mein volles Geld wieder erhalten, inkl. Kosten für Expressversand.

Ordered the glases with express delivery - firat it was shipped after 4 day even that in the site the product was available, and then more than 6 days after sending the glasses are still traveling… will not recomend
