catastrophique expérience, lunettes reçues trois mois après la commande, retour du vendeur seulement après litige PayPal

Chère Sabrina, merci d’avoir partagé votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Cependant, nous tenons à souligner que nous avons géré votre commande avec le plus grand soin et transparence. Lors de l'achat, nous vous avons informée qu'un des deux produits nécessiterait plus de temps que l'autre et nous vous avons offert la possibilité d'annuler la commande avec un remboursement immédiat, option que vous avez choisie de ne pas accepter. Par la suite, nous avons confirmé que les lunettes seraient expédiées avant le 25 février, mais nous avons pu les expédier dès le 18 février, avec une livraison effectuée le 21 février. Nous souhaitons également préciser que nous vous avons toujours répondu rapidement, tant par e-mail que par la plateforme PayPal, en cherchant à vous fournir des mises à jour et de l’assistance tout au long du processus. Nous avons fait tout notre possible pour garantir un service ponctuel et transparent. Product I puchased arrived used and damage. Return initiated immediately but receipt warehouse voided refund as product was used! Which is the exact reason I returned it. Suspicious practices. I will be following up with formal complaint and actions to recoup my money.

Your return request was initiated with a different reason, and at the time of opening the case, no mention was made of a damaged product. Please rest assured that all our items are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturers. Leider wurde mir das Päckchen nicht zugestellt. Ich kann nicht sagen warum! Ich würde das Problem bitte noch abklären wollen! MfG I.Schwarz

Lieber Ingolf, es tut uns leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die durch die Verzögerung bei der Lieferung deiner Bestellung entstanden sind, und wir verstehen deinen Frust voll und ganz. Wir bemühen uns stets, die Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich zu versenden. Wie in unserer E-Mail-Kommunikation erwähnt, war das voraussichtliche Versanddatum der 12. Dezember, aber deine Bestellung wurde bereits am 10. Dezember versendet, also zwei Tage früher als geplant. Still waiting for delivery item was ordered on 29th November.

I still haven't received my contact lenses and it's the 4th of Dec when they were expected to be delivered by 27th Nov. There was an issue with stock so they were delayed in being sent (I had to send an email to find this out) and now the shipping is taking weeks as I receive notifications saying that they are travelling all over Europe on their way to me! Very disappointed and will be getting them locally in the UK next time.

I have paid for the item but have not received it. The transaction took place a week ago. I was told at the time to expect the item yesterday but it hasn’t arrived and according to the delivery company they have not even received it.

Pessimi. Ho fatto il reso e ancora non mi fanno il rimborso! Non acquisterò più da loro!

Come specificato nelle nostre Condizioni di Vendita, il rimborso viene elaborato entro 15 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso. Nel suo caso, il rimborso è stato elaborato il 5 settembre, appena tre giorni dopo la ricezione del reso avvenuta il 2 settembre, quindi in tempi nettamente inferiori rispetto ai 15 giorni lavorativi previsti. Item advertised as shipped from GB, which they’re not, shipped from Italy. Advertised as 4-7 working days, took 12. Order in advance if necessary. Customer service nil!!

I have still not received my items and they probably won’t be here in time for my holiday apparently shipped on the 8th August but when I have tracked Royal Mail said they’re still waiting to receive the items and it’s now 16th August 😞

Colis toujours pas reçu, Première date de livraison donnée: le 08/08/24, Nous sommes le 13 et toujours rien reçu, alors que j’ai payé un supplément pour avoir une livraison rapide. UPS ne veut rien entendre. Litige PayPal en cours pour remboursement.

Εύκολο να βρω αυτό που έψαχνα σε καλή τιμή, πολύ καλη και άμεση επικοινωνία, η παραγγελία καθυστέρησε 2-3 μέρες απο την ημερομηνία που δωθηκε αρχικά για την παραλαβή. Προσπάθησα να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία μου την επόμενη μερα( στην ουσία κάποιες ώρες μετά) αλλά δεν ήταν εφικτό και στην προσπάθεια μου να επιστρέψω την παραγγελία μου, τα έξοδα ηταν εξ ολοκλήρου δικά μου και η UPS μου ζήτησε 80€ για την μεταφορά ενός πολύ μικρού πακέτου ενώ ήδη έχω πληρώσει 8€ για τα μεταφορικα … συνήθως οι εταιρίες δίνουν ένα κωδικό για την επιστροφή των προϊόντων τους με πιο φτηνά μεταφορικα ή ακόμα και με 0 € χρέωση ! Αναγκαστικά να κρατησω την παραγγελία μου ενώ ήδη δήλωσα μερικές ώρες μετά ότι δεν την ήθελα. Απογοητευτικό…

ich habe eine JC sonnenbrille bestellt. ist schnell geliefert. Die Brille ist aber leider total schief. Möchte sie zurückschicken. Ich habe eine Mail mit der bitte um Rücksendeetikett. Es kommt keine Antwort.
