Estoy intentando hacer una devolución y he escrito repetidamente a atención al cliente sin obtener respuesta. No sé si debo esperar a que aprueben mi solicitud de devolución o si debo enviarles el paquete de vuelta.

I like the quality of the shirts and have many of them. However I want to return a shirt which I bought online and other than any other online shop, the return request is reviewed before I can send it back. It’s pending for 3 days now, still waiting. It seems to me that online purchases are an advantage for Xacus, the brand is also not cheap so why can’t I just return it immediately? This service does not give me a lot of trust in buying online again. With online purchases it’s of course always possible that a shirt doesn’t fit well.

Toccare con mano il capo ordinato, ha ulteriormente accresciuto la sensazione di una camicia di buona fattura, il tessuto si presenta leggermente ruvido al tatto; è più bella che in foto! La vestibilità è semi-aderente, il tessuto Active stampato la pone al vertice della serie, la pesantezza è media, adatta alla primavera, ma utilizzabile tutto l’anno. Ho ricevuto la camicia, in confezione personalizzata, si tratta di un capo di abbigliamento assai pregiato. Il pacco è arrivato in tempi rapidi e con un percorso che ho facilmente controllato con i messaggi di tracciamento, a partire dalla spedizione.
