The overall score is calculated based on the average of published reviews collected over the last 12 months. Reviews come only from real buyers and are displayed if they meet our publishing policies. The score calculation does not take into account reviews under Mediation until they are published. The trend of the score over time allows further assessment of the Company's reliability.
