I recently purchased a pair of pants from Freddy, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The product I received looked quite different from what was shown on the website. The color in the photos appeared to be a darker beige, but in reality, it was more of a warm white, which wasn’t what I expected. Additionally, the fabric was not as advertised. In the pictures, it looked like a softer, lighter material, but in person, it feels much more like denim or jeans, which changes the overall look and comfort. On a positive note, the delivery was fast, which I appreciated. However, I’m unhappy with the product overall, and it’s frustrating that the return policy requires me to pay for the return shipping, especially given that the item didn’t match the description. Overall, not a great experience.
