The parcel arrived fast but 1 of the 2 items I received was not what I had bought. Sent an email to customer service to see how to fix this -as I want to send back the wrong item but I still want the item I chose to get to me - and no reply yet. In the web the only option was to start a return of the items I bought, which is not what I needed. After 3 days with no reply I started the return (of the necklace I never received so as to give back the wrong one?). 6 days later I get a return approval for which I have to pay 20 euros! Conclusion: sales/shopping and customer service need much improvement and I will not be buying again in this site any time soon

Good morning. We apologize for what happened, but we have not received any email or contact request regarding your order BF-2004. Following our subsequent email exchange, we initiated the return process without charging any shipping costs. We are sorry for what happened.

Alla risposta dopo la seconda volta x un problema di consegna .. e stata risolutiva la signora al cerralino facendosi carico del problema....ma resta il fatto ke prima circa 2 giorni ga mi dicono ke era stata spedita..oggi mi dicono ke lhanno spedita in mattinata ...boom mon so..

Ci dispiace per i disagi riscontrati in merito alla spedizione. Desideriamo precisare che il ritardo non è dipeso direttamente da noi: i nostri sistemi hanno regolarmente registrato l'ordine e ne hanno avviato la procedura di gestione come di consueto. Tuttavia, i blocchi stradali causati dagli scioperi hanno comportato un rallentamento delle operazioni e ritardato la partenza effettiva della spedizione.
