Hello, we want to thank you again for your order! We just want to clarify that the shipping was not that long. You knew that the glasses would be ordered from Japan and there would be a longer wait than if they were ready in stock. We've been in contact on monday 15 and we communicate you that the glasses would be in our shop on monday 22 september, and so it was. The glasses arrived at your destination on thursday 25 with Dhl. Before I bought the eyglasses, the assistance was great, I had all the information needed, very fast. However, when the item was shipped to another country, I faced a really uncomfortable situation. The item was sent as a repair, not as a purchase, and the eyeglasses were retained at customs, since they were asking for some proof. The retailer hasn't mentioned anything about it, and I was caught by surprise. It took almost a week to receive the item. It'd be better if they informed the customer beforehand.

Ci dispiace molto per l'accaduto, capita raramente che un bene venga controllato in dogana ma può ovviamente succedere. Il ritardo ne è purtroppo la conseguenza. Rimaniamo a completa disposizione.
