However, it has been two weeks, and I have not received any response. I attempted to call Brooks, but I couldn't reach them directly; they only provide contact details for a distributor, which hasn't helped my situation because I bought the saddle directly through Brooks England I have now managed to obtain a return request, but I would have preferred to speak with someone before sending the saddle back.
