I was sent the wrong wine (6 bottles of it) and when I complained to customer service they initially responded saying they would look into it. It’s been almost a week since I’ve heard from them, I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and still no response. VERY disappointed in service - I ordered this specific wine for a party I’m hosting and I now have 6 bottles of a lower quality wine with no resolution in sight.
