Love the immediately energized way my legs feel as soon as I put these on. Every movement brings massage felt working, flow coming up each leg and abdomen. Gives me energy all over. I do prefer the full leggings instead of ending at the capri length, though. The full leggings can sit slightly on the ball of the foot, or behind it, starting at the arch. It in no way feels too tight around the foot, but just right. Toes are not cold or discolored. Socks go on easily over the top, no added bulk or unpleasant sensation in shoes. Leggings run all the way up to cover the abdomen (capri version does too), crucial for adequate movement of lymphatic fluid. The full leggings we wear for graduated vasoconstriction to be medically therapeutically supportive for POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), which have to go all the way down to the foot arch and up to covering the belly. (So 5 stars for leggings, 4 stars for capri version.) The top band on both capri & leggings does not pinch, roll or bind, helped by the band being integrated, rather than a belt that cuts in at your gut. We find the capris actually go further down the calf a little than shown on the model (even on our long legs), so both capri & leggings were excellent post breast cancer surgery, too, keeping lymphatic fluid moving, relief from post-mastectomy lymphedema. Definitely follow directions on putting the leggings on little by little, smooth as you go, wrinkles are your enemy to keeping blood & lymph flowing. These garments do a fantastic job! They're not hot, quality construction, durable, comfortable, pretty colors, unseen and not bulky even under skinny jeans!
