One of the items in my last order is defective with a stain in the middle of the front. I don’t understand why you would even send out something in this condition, specially to a customer who has spent as money as I have.. I sent you several messages and have gotten absolutely no response to any of them. The recent changes to your website are not working. I tried to make another purchase but I couldn’t ’complete the purchase because I can’t select my country (Canada) which is not on the list like many other countries.

Bonjour, non je ne suis pas satisfaite des mes 2 achats. Sur le premier, je ne peux pas fermer le portefeuille jusqu au bout car le souflet pour la monnaie a ete fait trop pres de la fermeture et ca coince a chaque fois... Pour le 2eme il est tache sur le tissu a cocet de la fermeture eclair....
