Mi sono trovata benissimo. La famiglia Jovon è semplicemente deliziosa. Anche in questo momento di grave emergenza ho trovato persone professionali e competenti oltre che disponibili. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta..questa è la seconda volta che acquisto presso di voi ed entrambe le volte non posso dire altro che cose più che positive..velocissimi,oggetti bellissimi di estrema finezza(cameo blu).Purtroppo dovendo rinunciare alle gita a Venezia che avrei dovuto fare e quindi visitarvi personalmente mi sono concessa questo regalo.. I did not find the checkout very good, I was not prompted to pay more money because I had ordered an alphabet cameo with two initials, the price shown was for one and did not change when I put the details of my order on the screen.

The staff were very helpful. The communication made the after purchase process pleasant and on track. However, I think they should include a 'Check Out as Guest' option at their website.
