I utilized the chat prompt on the website and obtained all answers immediately. A photo of the finished jewerly was provided prior to shipment. All questions were answered. I received jewerly in mail within a few days! Will use this wonderful jewerler again!!!

The item looks to be of high quality, though the cornicello did slip off of its loop, though it thankfully landed in my moms shirt so she was able to reconnect it without issue. The item shipped quickly and without issue, I would definitely recommend this shop!

the coral pendant I received was exactly what I had hoped for: a beautiful, twisting, organic shape in deep red. It shipped to to US quickly. Thank you!

I am lost for words and have shed a happiness tear or two ;) Didn't think it was possible, but it's even more gorgeous in real life! And believe it or not: my two year old daughter Pixie just pointed at the "baby" then at herself then at the "mother" and said "mommy"❤️😊! I think a greater compliment I can't give you, because if even a toddler recognizes herself, the artistry must be incredible! Thank you for this amazing journey and the warm and personal communication 💞 I will wear the pendant with pride and shall leave this email as a review as well . Excellent experience, status updates were given throughout.Shipping was fast but I do suggest that they keep a cheaper option for smaller items as DHL charges $20 extra on top of shipping charges and tax and sending by local registered post would be handled by Canada post which is excellent as well as low cost.Otherwise great experience

Not only was (1) the pendant that I purchased gorgeous, but (2) the price was reasonable, (3) the delivery time lightning fast, and (4) the service on my order was OUTSTANDING. So they were four for four. I rate Eredi Jovon an A , 5 star, number one!

Very friendly people. I kept sending emails with questions and they replied and helped me make my choice. The coral silver ring and the blue cameo pendant are both absolutely lovely. One the few remaining old European art traditions.
