Très pratique. Même pour un plafond haut, l’étendage arrive la bonne hauteur. Parfois un peu long à monter et descendre.

Concernant la montée/descente parfois un peu longue : si vous le souhaitez, nous pouvons vous donner quelques astuces d’utilisation et de chargement pour optimiser les mouvements.

Design flaws ruin what could be a good product. Cables keep catching behind pulley wheels.

The cables should run smoothly on the pulleys, so if they are catching behind the wheels, it usually means something is slightly out of alignment or tension. Foxydry Mini - 152 cm / White

Easy to install, have had it for about 3 weeks and no issues for now. Fits a big washing load and gives enough space between bars for things to dry. Very happy with the product.

Foxydry Mini - 152 cm / White

Quick delivery via Royal mail. Easy to install using the manual provided. Didn't use the screws provided as I wanted it secured with long bolt. For piece of mind secure it to the ceiling beams or noggins. Great product. I will be using the tumble dryer a lot less and I don't have this taking up value home floor space.

Foxydry Mini - 128 cm / White

System is very well designed, easy to assembly. I was assembled it on the outdoor balcony and it works pretty well. One thing that should be fixed. The strings rub against each other when lowering and raising the system. In the long term of using it i think that strings will be to replace because it will broke. I was add on them temporiarly heat shrink tubing made of plastic to facilitate the sliding of the strings and for now it works quite good. For the rating of payment system - you can ask the Polish gateway Przelewy24 for integration BLIK payment wall. It will be easier to pay U, and i think that u will have more customers that will bought this device.

About the strings rubbing: that shouldn’t happen in a way that creates excessive friction. A slight crossing can indicate routing/alignment that can be adjusted. If you send us a short video of the pulley area and the string path while raising/lowering, we’ll guide you to the correct setup to reduce friction and ensure long-term durability of your ceiling-mounted drying rack. This product is absolutely what we needed. Really easy to pull down and hang the laundry, and now it is not taking any space on the floor and laundry in no ones way. install was easy and we are with the result. Recommend.
