Foxydry Mini - 128 cm / White

We wanted to free up our limited floor space that was occupied by a standard floor based drying rack. Attaching the rack to the ceiling and having a mechanism to drop and lift it is the perfect space liberation system. I would 100% recommend this purchase.

I purchased this, thinking it would be the same quality as the first one I bought ( the electric one) but there is no comparison… The foxymini, is not as sturdy and you really cannot hang anything other that shirts . I am afraid to hang jeans or towels or sheets because it may break.

The product is very good. Operates smoothly, and feels very robust. The fact that it folds up into ceiling out of mind when not in use is a big plus. Absolute game-changer in housing where floor-space is limited. My only complaints: 1. The cardboard template that was provided for drilling was quite inaccurate - the holes in it were huge, but the holes on the metal brackets had no play, so I did have to redrill a hole. 2. The dimension is slightly larger than listed (by about 30mm). I had my roof space fully measured out, but I had to chisel out a section of my crown moulding to get it to fit.

About your two notes: Drilling template – thanks for flagging this. The template should make positioning easier, not harder.
