The item I ordered never arrived and despite numerous follow ups I got no update. FedEx are now calling me to see if I received the package even though I told foxdry I hadn’t. Awful customer service. I’ve been asked to leave a review even though the item never turned up.

Consigliatissimo! Ho riscontrato un lieve danno ad un'asta probabilmente dovuto al trasporto e semplicemente con 2 foto ed un messaggio WhatsApp mi hanno rimandato il pezzo nuovo. Molto professionali, reattivi e gentili!

As far as the product is ok, the refund service in case you want to return the product is horrible. First you need to send a written letter with post to an address in Italy and then you can send the product back at your expense to ANOTHER address in Italy. So if you are 100% sure the product is good for you, then you probably should order one. But if you hesitate, do not, because returns are way harder to what modern shops offer.

El producto adquirido no cumple las expectativas, ya que las cuerdas en la polea se salen continuamente cada vez que baja el tendedero y resulta una incomodidad cada vez que se va a usar. No lo recomendaría.

Su internet ho trovato questo prodotto e le recensioni erano tutte positive e lho ordinato per il pagamento ho dovuto chiamare telefonicamente per fare il bonifico mi hanno risposto subito e dato tutte le indicazioni. Arrivato subito e tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio senz'altro.
