Not friendliest possible reply when inquiring more info about product details. Product itself is great!

Prompt and professional delivery service, clear installation instructions, and good quality product. The only issue I foresee is the remote control. In case of failure or misplacement of it, there is no way to operate the drying rack. Remotes are always prone to failure for many reasons. A solution to this is solicited.

Esattamente come me lo immaginavo, estremamente pratico e funzionale, ideale per chi non può o non vuole adottare stendibiancheria tradizionali o all'aperto. Spero sia anche durevole nel tempo, per il momento sono molto soddisfatto della scelta fatta.

FOXYDRY is a sturdy high quality product. Easy to assemble and install. I use it daily in my laundry and it is great to be able to fold it up after use. Only suggestion would to you supply a couple of extra clips for the wall. I lost one - a mystery - although the wrack still functions perfectly.
