My Foxdry arrived on time, but one week after fitting and using only a couple of times, it completely stopped working. On calling customer service, they were insistent that it was the way it was wired in and not a faulty product. After paying for an electrician to check, it was still not working. Eventually after emails and sending pictures they admitted there was a fault and sent a new part. It has been working since this was fitted, but poor customer service generally

So handy to have it on the ceiling and out of the way. Clothes seem to dry quicker also.

Versand war unkompliziert und relativ schnell, dafür dass es aus dem Ausland kam. Ich bin eigentlich zufrieden mit dem Produkt, allerdings sind die Lüfter so dass nur am Rand Luft zirkuliert und daher ungleichmäßig trocknet aber wenn man das weiß kann man die Wäsche gezielt aufhängen ansonsten macht es einen hochwertigen Eindruck und es gibt sowieso keine Alternative

The product has major flaws, that were not corrected at all by your customer service. Their offer was for me to spend an additional 700€ on another model or take a 10% discount and then they would send stronger bars. Once I accepted the 10% discount they no longer were sending stronger bars that wouldn't bend. It was a waste of money.
