Placing my order was simple and the confirmation process immediate which was comforting. Delivery was as promised. The instructions with the Pro unit were clear and precise allowing me to install the unit without challenges, be aware of the weight of the unit however and ensure you have two people involved, it is not a job for one!

Bello esteticamente, sembra robusto.Avrei preferito delle bacchette più sottili ed i blocchi non in plastica per l'aggancio verso l'interno.

We hebben twee nieuwe lampen gekocht om in de foxydry te zetten. Levering goed ontvangen maar helaas eentje was defect en wachten op een nieuwe lamp. Komt inorde.

Buena experiencia, el envío llegó en tiempo razonable y en todo momento recibes información sobre la situación del paquete. El producto es de buena calidad tal como se muestra en la página y el montaje es relativamente sencillo.

This is an excellent solution to a narrow but tall space. It keeps the floor area free and the washing is not in the way. Customer services were extremely helpful.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review your product. It's well built, the materials appear to be of good quality but, despite it being 1 month si ce I ordered it, I have been unable to use it. Delivery was 2 weeks which is acceptable but, despite me ordering the wall mount version, the mounting brackets were shipped without any bolts/plugs to actually attach them to the wall. I dis reach out to the Foxydry AI Bot which was very impressive and very well trained. It assured me that the missing components would be shipped to me but, I have not received any shipping details so, do not know if it's has actually carried out this activity. I can only give 3 stars because of this. Once I get the missing components I will happily review the product again, once I've had the opportunity to use it.
