Everything was completely fine. The website is clear and easy to use, prices are good, shipping was fast enough and everything was packaged securely. Installation was quite easy and we experience a lot of comfort from using the products (1 ceiling rack and 2 wall racks). Great choice!

Great product - very easy to assemble and install. There was a minor issue with my order originally (missing one item), but when I contacted the customer service team they were straight on to it and fixed the issue immediately. Highly recommend!

Seems like a quality product. I bought the wall brackets and the install was simple enough. One problem identifying which of the ends fitted to 'A' as they weren't labelled. Solved with the online video and when you see it done it is probably impossible to assemble the wrong way around. Working well so far.

Séchoirs très pratiques, solides et conformes je suis "fan" de leurs produits (4 achetés). Après un malentendu sur la commande (erreur d'envoi sur la couleur) l'échange a été réalisé sans délai et sans problème. Par contre un bémol sur les frais de retour qui sont à charge du client en cas de retour par convenance personnelle. Peut être à améliorer la notice de montage qui est peu compréhensible.

L’ Étendoir est fixé, mais c’est dommage, il y avait 2 rivets qui étaient cassés, dans l’emballage donc je n’ai pas pu encore l’utiliser car il faut que j’en trouve en quincaillerie. A tester voir si c’est costaud. Par contre le livreur m’a jeté le colis par-dessus le portail et en plus il pleuvait, il faut faire attention quand même aux objets fragiles, je trouve…

When the package arrived, really dirty and footprints all over the package, so clearly walked over. Installation instructions and the wall plugs need to be improved. Overall the product itself is great, and really happy with it.
