I am writing to you because we received the review and we are very sorry to read what you wrote. The 4 chairs were delivered in June 19: we always deal right away with any kind of problems that might occur during the shipment. As written in our website, for any problems with damaged products, if you inform us within 3 days from the delivery, we replace the damaged product; we have not received any notification from you in the past 10 days. To date, we are still ready to fix the problem caused by the courier, even though 12 days have passed since the day of delivery so we can no longer contact the insurance company . We can still produce two new chairs at our expenses and send them to you. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your reply and to pictures showing the damaged chairs.
