Ottima esperienza. Il tavolo ordinato è arrivato nei tempi indicati, imballato in modo sicuro ed efficace. Corriere disponibile e cortese. Avevo qualche perplessità sul montaggio, trattandosi di un tavolo con un meccanismo integrato per l' allungamento, ma in realtà è stato abbastanza semplice dovendo solo avvitare le gambe. Per ora il tavolo mi sembra molto bello, funzionale e anche robusto.

Buongiorno per l'acquisto nessun problema alcune sedie presentano delle piccole imperfezione poiché ci sono delle macchioline dove il colore è più chiaro

I recently purchased a Lavezzi marble table for over €1,000, expecting a high-quality product. Unfortunately, the experience has been a nightmare. The table arrived with extensive oxidation and rust on all the screws and the rotation mechanism. Not only is it aesthetically compromised, but the rust causes loud grinding noises during use, making the extension feature feel cheap and broken. When I contacted customer service, things went from bad to worse. Instead of taking full responsibility for shipping a defective item, they insisted that I return the table on the original wooden pallet. Since I had already disposed of the bulky packaging after delivery, they sent a defensive email stating that I would be held liable for any damages during transport due to the lack of the original pallet. It is absurd to demand a customer store a massive pallet just to exercise their legal right to a warranty replacement for a product that arrived rusted. To receive "threats" about transport liability for a table that is already fundamentally flawed is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying from Konte Design if you expect quality or respectful customer support.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience with our company. We would like to clarify what happened with your order: following delivery, you contacted us to report that the table was faulty. Our customer service team immediately contacted you by telephone to apologise for the issue and to emphasise that this was a defect never previously encountered on other tables like the one you purchased, and that we would arrange for a replacement. We simply explained that, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, the table needed to be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to you to prevent further damage. Despite the absence of the pallet (which we understand may be bulky), a collection was nevertheless arranged for you, and it was specified that as soon as the table was returned to our warehouse, we would arrange for its replacement. Therefore, your report was promptly dealt with in order to resolve the issue encountered. We would be happy to assist you with any further clarification or information. l'achat et la livraison se sont bien passés. Par contre, les chaises sont bancales et paraissent de mauvaise qualité. Nous en avons acheté 32 aussi je ne vous cache pas ma déception. Si un retour est possible, il serait intéressant de l'organiser. Nous l'apprécierions.
