I prodotti che ho comprato sono ottimi. Unico appunto è la maggior cura nell'imballo, i cacciaviti andrebbero chiusi nelle buste e poi sistemati dentro il cartone. Spedizione nella norma.

Ordered two cases marked 48-72hr delivery - a week and a half later no product. I’ve finished the job I needed them for. Customer service told me they were waiting to hear from the warehouse!! Waste of time.

Items ordered not delivered in parcel instead the parcel contained an empty plastic tray for a socket set. I asked for a refund or correct items to be sent to me NO RESPONSE. Do NOT use these people at all costs!!!

Ho fatto l'ordine lunedì 26 dicembre e oggi martedì 4 dicembre, non mi hanno ancora spedito l'ordine... Oltre ad avere avuto pure problemi con il pagamento che a loro non risultava. L'unica cosa che si salva è il servizio clienti dove risponde una ragazza cordiale e disponibile. Per il resto... Cambiate lavoro che le vendite online non fanno per voi!
