I had the best customer experience, especially considering the potential problems that the language difference might have made.I made a mistake with my online order and ordered twice. When I received two order confirmations, I emailed back to A & U to ask if that could be corrected. They responded rapidly and removed one order. I can't remember any other experience that is as satisfactory.

Sito affidabile, al momento dell'ordine avevano un problema con la disponibilità del prodotto in magazzino per cui la spedizione è avvenuta circa una settimana dopo dalla data di effettuazione dell'ordine. Appena il prodotto si è reso disponibile mi è stato inviato ed è arrivato nei tempi di consegna previsti.
