Arrivato rotto in più punti ma sono stati prontissimi a rimediare con le parti aggiustate e mi hanno offerto uno sconto sul prossimo acquisto scusandosi. Direi di non potermi lamentare, anzi. Efficienti e cordiali

Ordinato articolo il 14 ottobre . Chiamo il 20 ottobre e mi viene risposto che la merce partirà entro 7 giorni lavorativi a partire dal 20 .ad oggi 29 ottobre non è ancora arrivata.

The shipment was delayed by DHL, but the customer service team at MisterWorker did an excellent job to keep me updated and to solve the problem. Finally they offered a special discount as compensation for the delay. Great thank to the support team.

Poor communication. Money taken on 8/10/20 but goods not yet delivered and no details about the delivery or other explanation.

the company stated 3 day delays due to COVID however placed my order 23 days ago, contacted customer service 7 days ago requesting shipping date, still no reply, I have had to purchase the tools else where so I’m now out of pocket and still waiting on a reply.

Quick to take your money, but not quick to deliver. I ordered 2 weeks ago and not even a mention of a delivery update.

It's been over 2 weeks since my order was confirmed, and Mister Worker sill cannot tell me when they will be able to ship it. A week after I had placed my order I inquired about its status. I was told that it was about to be shipped, and can be expected in a week. Since I have not received any tracking info in the folloing 5 days, I had to make two inquiries to receive the information: because of 1 item was still on backorder, they still did not know when my order would be shipped. When I made my oder the item currently looks still to be on backorder was indicated as a item that can be shipped withing 4-6 days! Since I have ordered 9 items, and they are having problems with only one of them, I would expect them to ship the other 8 on time, and complete the missing one when it would be available. Also strange why they informed me (actually confirmed!) the first time (a week after the order) that my order was about to be shipped, when now, more than a week later they still have no clue when it is going to be shipped.
